Hi all,
There're some textures files available at the BeLight Community website.
They're made with IT using Generators/CI filters.
All of them are:
- 1024 x 1024 pixels size
- jpegs
- RGB (Adobe RGB 1998 colorsync profile) color model

There're archived (zipped) by category (there're several files in each archive).

Here're some examples of use:

- Starting with this file (made with AT)

- using some textures from the "Tiles" category:

Here're the same examples with greater resolution (caution: 320 KB ~ 440 KB files !)
Ring with Tiles
WildLife
Sunny

Useful with Art Text (Fill) and with some applications supporting Blend Modes (these examples are made with Seashore).

Hi all,
Some remarks:

- examples from the previous post have been made using Seashore (as none BeLight apps support Blend Modes (unfortunately)),

- names of the textures (wood_1, stone_3… ) are just indication of what may be got, depending of the original object used with them,
For ex., using some (so called) wood_x textures with some hightly reflecting objects (like the Polonium AT style may do, for ex.) doesn't necessary end with a "piece of wood".

Best results come (imho) when combining several textures with different Blend Modes.
In the "Ring with tiles" example (look at the hight resolution version), I have used two different textures:
- one from the "Tiles" category
- another from the "Stones" category (the marble/cloudly effect you see under the main "Tiles" effect).

One more tip:
- sometimes, finding the right Blend Mode(s) seems impossible (Multiply is too dark and Screen is too light for ex.).
So, in such a case, try to add a new layer with the "main" object (the ring here) and apply another Blend Mode to it.

Hope this helps.

Hi all,

I've added some previews/thumbnails to the textures download pages of the BeLight community website. So you may have an "idea" about what you may download.
See this one for ex.
Yet, note that these previews are just basic use of Blend Modes.

Don't hesitate if you have any question.
