I have just downloaded BBC 5 to post a card that I made up on the unlicensed copy that came with my Mac. It doesn't seem to of downloaded properly I cannot even get a toolbar. I'm in a desperate hurry and wished I hadn't bothered now.
Any help available...... I am a complete novice and need basic help

Hi,
Try to delete the copy of BCC that doesn't work. Then install it from scratch.
