Hi bigbill,
No way to get more infos?
BCC version?
Computer model?
Mac OS X version?
Error messages?
Log files? (~/Library/Logs/ and/or ~/Library/Logs/Crash Reporter/)
This may be useful ;^)

Hi bigbill,

Please post the information that Jean-Jacques asks.
Also, open the Console application ( /Applications/Utilities/Console.app ). Then try to open Business Card Composer. After that, see if new lines were added in the Console log. If in some lines Business Card Composer is mentioned, save the log ( File > Save A Copy As) and send all the information to support@belightsoft.com

Hi bigbill
It seems that you use a Toshiba Satellite laptop (and so use Windows (yes, it's bad ;^))))))).
If this is the case there's no way to run BCC on Windows.
