First off, I love this software and it has already saved me loads of time on several different projects. However, I have a custom idea and I am not quite sure how to execute it (or if it's even possible).
We are teaching a class that will consist of 10 teams of 3 people each. Each team is assigned a different color. I would like to create a single file that allows me to assign first names to specific color groups. For example, three cards would print with the green logo, three cards would print with the blue logo, etc.
It seems like it would be a combination of these two subjects:
****Printing Cards for Several People
****Printing Multiple Designs
We are teaching multiple sessions throughout the summer. Last year, I used Swift Publisher to design the cards, resulting in a multiple page document with multiple copies on each page. When I wanted to change one element, the "location" field for example, I had to make that change on all of the cards individually. I am trying to avoid that if possible. Do you know if there is a way to accomplish this?

Unfortunately application cannot make this. However, since it takes all data from OS X address book you can try to use smart groups there and use them for faster sorting out needed cards only.
