I need to add an insert to the templates but am confused as to adding the crop and fold marks like the normal DVD case inserts. I've got a document provided by the maker of the case with bleeds and crop lines etc. But I cant figure out how to mimic the detail of the pre loaded templates.

Thanks!

Hi Jody,

You haven't specified whether you are going to print this insert on a desktop printer, or export it and send to a print shop. Each of these ways has own settings for bleeds and cut marks. Also note that in Disc Cover there is no way to adjust the size of cut marks (I mean the distance 0.3125” in the top left corner).

In the custom paper layout editor:
1. Choose a paper format 8.25" x 12" or larger. It seems to be non-standard.
2. Add a DVD case insert. Set up its size and the location.

In the export dialog click the Options button, or in the Print dialog directly:
set up bleeds and activate printing cut marks.
