Problem With FreeDB Import

I just purchased Disc Cover upgrade (I had the RE version that came with Roxio Toast).

I am having problems with the FreeDB import and am extremely dissatisfied with your product thus far. In the first 6 CD's I've tried, only 1 was recognized by FreeDB. I knew of course that FreeDB may not have all CD's, but when I go to their site and search for the CD's, all 6 of them came up with the proper tracks, etc.

There needs to be a way for a person to easily insert/edit the track list that came up in FreeDB or to enter the CD number (like 900a310b) from FreeDB to retrieve the listings rather than merely checking and using a take it or leave it (in which case, I'm not getting any results 5 out of 6 tries). This severely limits the programs capabilities.

Hi ajscottsr,

The data base may contain multiple albums that have the same disc ID.
Probably your discs have such non-unique IDs. We'll try to find a workaround for such cases.
