hey all
disc cover is great! but i cant print my final design on my Canon PIXMA MP800.
I am told to go to 'Quality and Media' and select CD/DVD Tray... but i can't. It is crossed out and the following message appears:

"This Panel is not compatible with your computer. Contact the printer manufacturer for the latest version of your printer software.
SpecialEffects400 version 4.0.0, Copyright CANON INC. 2001-2005 All Rights Reserved
4.0.0

I need to print these discs today! I have 50 to print... Please help. I can't find the SpecialEffects400 anywhere on the web.
Thanks

Hi,
Can you print from another app?
What's your config (computer, OS X version)?

I have just burn all 50 from CD Label Print (it came with the printer) and it worked fine.... i exported it as a huge jpg and printed it from there. CD Label Prit is rubbish compared to Disc Cover... i couldnt print right up to the hole!
My Computer config is: MacBook 1.83GHz, 2GB RAM, 10.4.8

Hi,
(1) The message in the first post has shows that your copy of Canon software was released in 2005.
Try to update the printer driver.

(2) Try go to the Page Setup right before printing and select in the Paper Size List the Tray item. Then see if you can select CD/DVD in "Quality and Media".
