Microboards compatibility?

We began using DC3 this year when we upgraded our church's pc to a Mac. We use a fairly new Microboards printer that prints perfectly using other non-Mac software; but when we use it with DC3 on the Mac, it prints all over the place - sometimes off center, sometimes cut off in the middle, sometimes too far up, sometimes too far down. It doesn't respond to the calibration feature - neither within DC3 nor within the print utility itself. I've tried both of the Microboards settings in the File>Layout menu... Any ideas?

Hi

Please check the type of the selected layout. Open your document. Then choose File > Change Layout from the main menu. The selected layout should be one of Microboards CD/DVD options. Since they are different, you need to try both to find out which is compatible with your printer.

Then run the calibration procedure by selecting File > Calibrate Printer. It prints two rulers which should give you the calibration values. When you print the calibration sheet and your document, set the Presets to Default Settings in the system Print dialog. Then look through all setting and turn off all scaling options you can find. And finally print the calibration sheet.
